Privacy notice

Short, because we collect very little.

This notice explains what Webdior Solutions Private Limited (“WebDior”, CIN U72900DL2007PTC171278) collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be compliant-sounding.

Last revised 13 September 2026.

WebDior is the data controller for anything you submit here.

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, optional company, chosen topic and message. You choose what to put in the message.
  • Abuse-prevention data. Your IP address is used transiently to rate-limit form submissions. It is not stored alongside your enquiry.

What we do not do

  • No advertising or third-party marketing trackers.
  • No selling or sharing of your details with anyone.
  • No newsletter subscription as a side effect of contacting us.
  • No cookies set by this site for tracking purposes.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the engagement. That is the only basis on which we keep it.

How long

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to an engagement are kept as long as the contract and our tax obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@webdior.com and we will action it within thirty days.

Processors

This site is hosted on Vercel. Contact form submissions may be forwarded to an email or CRM provider so that we can reply. We do not use analytics that profile you.
