Scope
These terms cover use of this website, operated by Webdior Solutions Private Limited (“WebDior”, CIN U72900DL2007PTC171278, New Delhi, India). Any engagement between WebDior and a client is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything written here.
No financial advice
Webdior Solutions Private Limited provides engineering services only. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We build financial infrastructure — data pipelines, execution plumbing, risk tooling and monitoring. We do not provide investment advice, manage assets, execute trades on behalf of clients, or make any representation about financial returns. Any figures shown in case studies describe system performance, not investment performance.
Case study figures
Metrics on this site describe systems we built, measured under the conditions stated alongside them. They are not a promise of comparable results in a different environment. Figures currently marked as demo data are placeholders from our design comps and are not claims about real engagements.
Client marks and testimonials
Logos and quotations marked as placeholders or slots are illustrative and do not represent real clients or endorsements until replaced with attributed, permitted material.
Intellectual property
The design, copy and code of this site belong to Webdior Solutions Private Limited unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work produced during an engagement is set by the engagement agreement.

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Webdior Solutions Private Limited is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
