In multi-tenant SaaS environments, relying on software-level `where tenant_id = ?` filters inevitably leads to data leakage when a developer forgets an edge-case query. We built the platform on PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS).
Every database connection sets a secure tenant session token. The database engine enforces partition boundaries directly, making data leak bugs impossible by design.

Resilient Multi-Model Gateway with Autonomous Fallback
Relying on a single foundation model provider introduces catastrophic operational risk during provider downtime. Our gateway routes outbound personalization requests across Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4o, and Google Gemini.
If an upstream provider exceeds latency limits or returns rate-limit codes, the gateway transparently falls back to secondary models within 150 milliseconds without interrupting campaign runs.
