When a customer scans a sneaker barcode and discovers their size is absent from the current store floor, the kiosk does not show a dead-end out-of-stock message. It queries the regional inventory mesh in under 800 milliseconds.

The system identifies the nearest sister store holding stock, displays the driving distance and store hours, and lets the customer either reserve it for immediate pickup or order it directly to their home doorstep.

Photorealistic 3D Inspection on Commercial Kiosk Displays

Shoppers interact with high-resolution 3D digital twins of signature footwear. Utilizing Apple's RealityKit and Metal framework, users can rotate, zoom, and inspect material cross-sections at an uncompromising 60 frames per second.

Integrated LiDAR cameras calculate foot dimensions and provide real-time fit guidance, dramatically reducing apparel return rates.

Public interactive terminals face aggressive stress: power cycles, network dropouts, and customer tampering. We integrated Apple's Autonomous Single App Mode with Jamf Pro MDM.
